Happy Father's Day

Today is Fathers' Day in Australia. 

I find it kind of strange how every country has their own date for Fathers day. It's as if all the dads in the world collaborated in an underground congregation, secretly plotting to make Fathers Day more than once a year.

Yeah.

OHMYGOSH A TOTALLY AWESOME SUPER FANTASTICAL IDEA JUST SPAWNED IN MY PUNY MIND.

We should have an Amanda Day, where all the Amanda's in the world get a celebratory parade to celebrate their Amandaness or something AND AND AND AND THEN HAVE A GIANT FREE ICE CREAM PARTY WHERE EVERY ONE GETS FREE ICE CREAM AND LOLLIES AND BEARS THAT GO RAHR AND EAT YOUR LEFT OVER ICE CREAM AND POO OUT EVEN MORE CHOCOLATE FLAVOURED ICE CREAM FOR CONSUMPTION AND IT'LL BE A SUPER AWESOME GRAND DAY WITH SQUIRRELS THAT TALK. 

Lol jokes.

Next time, I think I'll just keep my ideas to myself.

Anyway, I just called my dad and wished him a great day. 

Although I don't get to see him very often, and even when I do, our conversations are rather .. stark.. he's always going to be my dad and I'm always going to love him no matter what.
